Classes

Beginners Yoga

A gentle Hatha yoga class focusing on alignment and integration of breath. This beginner's class helps calm the mind and open the heart, while providing a physical practice that strengthens the body, increases flexibility, and increases general well-being. The perfect class for beginners, those returning to yoga after a while away from the mat, or students who want to come back to the basics.


Heated Flow Yoga

Heated Flow: This Vinyasa-based class is practiced in a heated room to increase flexibility, strength and stamina. Vinyasa Yoga synchronizes movement with breath which helps the practitioner develop a greater sense of self-awareness, balance, and harmony with themselves and their environment. Vinyasa flow classes typically include smoothly flowing poses guided by the breath.


Mindful Movement

Gentle Yoga introduces fundamental Hatha Yoga postures while ensuring that students have time to understand the instructions, and get the props( blocks, blankets, bolsters, chairs ,yoga wall) needed to practice the poses to their capacity. Gentle Yoga has a slower pace and the teachers give more instruction to ensure students understanding.


Restorative Slow Flow

With an easeful pace and attention to breath, this class invites you to move into presence-bringing balance and calm to the nervous system and decreasing stress. Movement based in the tradition of Viniyoga, connecting movement with breath to stretch, strengthen, nourish and release. Both in slow flow and restorative aspects of this class This mindful class offers you space to be where you are in body, mind and spirit with awareness, acceptance and receptivity.


Restore

This class provides an opportunity for the body to relax into its innate ability to heal. Longer holds and the use of props for total support, encourage softening and deep relaxation of the body and mind while restoring energy, and calming the nervous system.




Sculpt (Warm)

This class is high energy combination of yoga and strength training and is designed to sculpt and tone every major muscle group, build strength, flexibility, and rejuvenate the entire body. Free weights, body weight exercises and cardiovascular training are used to tone the body and build healthy bone density. We end with savasana so you leave feeling calm, strong, and energized.
