Meet the Instructors
Jessica Kelly
Jessica primarily teaches Vinyasa yoga., although also trained in gentle, hot yoga (Bikram style), and yoga with weights. Kristen has come to appreciate and identify with Vinyasa in particular due to the connection of breath with movement of the body. In her teachings, she places emphasis on making yoga ones own and encouraging individuals to take their practice to a level in which they feel comfortable and safe, yet challenged.
Eric Johnson
Eric has been practicing yoga for 25 years and has a daily meditation and yoga practice that has fueled enormous success in Real Estate. He is dedicated to offering on going lessons for intermediate to advance skill levels.
Gina Strut
Gina took her first yoga class in 2012 and was instantly hooked after experiencing the transformation yoga had on her physically, emotionally, and spiritually. She followed her passion to share yoga and it's benefits with others and, in May of 2014, completed a 200 hour power vinyasa training through Mindstream Yoga. She is excited to continue learning and teaching more through workshops, advanced trainings, and retreats.
